Parkside Medical Centre was originally built in 1991. In 2014 we had a very large extension built and a complete refurbishment of the old building. We now have one of the best facilities in Lincolnshire.
We are a practice of 1 GP partner, 6 salaried GP's and 5 Nurse Practitioners and 3 clinical Pharmacist's, offering a full range of family medical services for NHS patients. We are first and foremost a family practice, although some of the clinical staff do have other qualifications and commitments which keep us in touch with a wide range of specialities and NHS strategic developments.
Our special interests include minor surgery, private medicals, family planning and child health development.
We emphasise the importance of preventative medicine and encourage immunisation against infectious diseases for both adults and children.
Our aim is to provide the highest quality health care to patients in the local area and our doctors, nurses and administrative staff are dedicated to offering a professional service.
Parkside Medical Centre is an Accredited Armed Forces Veteran Friendly Practice

Using The Surgery
Routine Opening Times are:
Monday to Friday 8.00am to 6.30pm
Additional clinics for routine appointments are also held on:
Monday - Friday mornings from 7.30am to 8.00am
Tuesday from 6.30pm to 8.00pm
When requesting an appointment the reception staff will ask for the reason of your visit to enable them to book you with the most appropriate member of the clinical team. Urgent or Emergency appointments will be booked on the same day. If the clinics are fully booked and you think you need to be seen on that day please tell the reception staff that it is urgent and can't wait. The reception staff may ask for additional information to help the on-call Clinician make a decision on the urgency of the appointment.
The practice is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays
Training
Parkside Medical Centre trains fully qualified doctors to become general practitioners under the supervision of Dr Lawal, Dr Teckchandani and Dr Kuttappan. These doctors are valuable members of the practice team, bringing fresh ideas and new skills from their previous jobs. Please extend a warm welcome to them - they are Lincolnshire's future GPs.
Some consultations may be recorded for training purposes, but patient consent is always obtained before this takes place.
Medical students, student nurses, student midwives, student district nurses and trainee health visitors are occasionally attached to the practice. Patients will be asked at the beginning of their consultation if they are happy for a student to sit in on the consultation.
