To protect our staff and our patients, Parkside Medical Centre will now be screening all patients who request Routine / On the day appointments and those that have a face-to-face appointment with one of our clinicians booked.

Patients asking to book either a routine or urgent appointment will be asked to speak to a Clinician via the telephone for an assessment. If possible issues will be dealt with over the telephone, but if required patients will still be seen at the Practice. Appointments will be made following the discussion with clinicians.

If you have an appointment booked that could be dealt with over the phone or we feel you have a condition that puts you at a greater risk, a member of the team will be in contact with you to change the type of appointment, otherwise, unless you are ill you are to attend your appointment as normal, you will be screened prior to your appointment.
