Phone Lines Posted or Updated on 17 Mar 2023

In the past week there has been ongoing issues with a number of local GP Practice's phone lines, luckily other than last Monday Evening for a short period of time we haven't lost our entire phone system, however, we are aware of a few ongoing issues with the lines which are being reported to us:

• Engaged Lines
• Lines being connected and Calls Dropped

We are aware of these issues and are feeding back individual cases to our phone company to help identify the issue. We have also been informed that due to the issues with BT they have restricted the number of calls going into their system which has increased the Engaged Line tone, they are working to rectify this as soon as possible.
