Comments:              
The difficulty in getting an appointment is concerning, the last 2 times I have had to wait outside in the morning     
   
               
Not very happy that when I book an appointment I am not able to discuss a second problem  
               
I think the staff do a great job, obviously having more appointments and being able to prebook would be great but I know that isnt possible with manning and the ammount of patients to be seen
